Activity for children!

Hi there, monster lovers!

I'm receiving children's drawings for an illustration, so if you know one that is 7 years old or less, please visit this awesome link for more info :).
The owner of the chosen picture will receive a print with the final illustration signed by me :).
I promise the finish art will be fantastic

So give a pencil to children and make them do art before they get too old!

Hello there!!!

I've uploaded the new wallpaper. It's called Evolution, for those who like illustration, the making of this wallpaper is in kriture's blog from scratch :)

The poster version is also available, you can see it here is an A2 poster. If you are interested, please contact me.

I've tried to do something that transmits tranquility, serenity, solitude and makes us feel calm. I've been using the wallpaper on the computer and the poster in the wall and I feel like I was successful at the job :)
But try it out for yourself! :D download it here.

COLD COMFORT - MONSTER TISSUE HOLDER

You know that the CDC recommends that you sneeze or cough into your sleeve, instead of your hand? How gross is that? Now you have an elbow full of snot.

You totally need one of these sweet little monster tissue cozies to feed you nice clean Kleenex (tm). And how can you feel bad with this crazy-funny face looking at you?

I have many friends and I frequently organize social events.
I`m a stubborn guy and I always want to have reason. Nowadays I`m taking Lambada classes with my baby. I live from rents.

Kriture - Cute and Silly Scared Creatures in a box

Hey! I'm Marcia Gaudêncio, from Portugal. I sculpt creatures and bugs, do digital illustration, graphic design, jewelry, animation, etc :) Kriture is a reason for me to explore art, combining my love for biology, astronomy, design and crafts.
Personally, I like to keep them cute and silly, so you can sketch a smile every time you see one :)

Concept:
A Kriture is an idea that is stored in a box by a girl, in a dark room, life was created out of those ideas. It's like going back 2 billion years ago, but in another place where Fauna and Flora born for the first time in a surreal world.

Blog posts can have a new step towards their evolution written by their leader, illustrations, news and artist features.

I support babies that like monsters and skulls

I/Dotted with Hearts have 3 kids that have a ridiculous love for monsters, skulls, and rockabilly.
What better way to combine them, then with this awesome onesie!

Also, Frankencake is sticking around. Seriously. Is anything more awesome than babies wearing monsters?

Renegade San Francisco!

Before the crowds...

And after...

The San Francisco Renegade Craft Fair was a whole lotta fun! There were almost too many booths as it took about an hour to even sort of peruse half of it and even then I saw people with really cool stuff that I missed. I also met some great crafters from as far away as New York! As in Karen's monsters! Yay!
There were also a whole lotta people there, mostly on Saturday. Word of advice for future fairs: Show up right at opening time, there was barely anyone around until about 1.5 hours after it opened...

PS: that rockin' peacock feather dress is by Wear Yeti, whom I shared a booth with. Go check them out...

Introducing the ToothMonster

New from Cheryl's Creative Miscellany: The ToothMonster, a little pillow that eats children's teeth overnight and provides coins (or even folded bills) in the morning.

I was inspired by my daughter, who thinks the Tooth Fairy is creepy, to make the ToothMonster. She thinks he's creepy, too, but in a different way. I plan to make more ToothMonsters soon! [Shop Listing]

I've been working on some other little monsters, too -- keyfobs -- you can see some sneak peeks in my Flickr stream.
